What to send投稿内容

Include the information below so the review team can identify the music and reply to you.请提供以下信息，方便审核团队了解作品并与你联系。

Artist or project name, and a reply email address.艺人或项目名称，以及可回复的邮箱。
Track or project title, a private listening link and a listening-link access code if needed.曲目或项目名、私人试听链接，以及必要的链接访问密码。
A short introduction. Release plans, genre and artist links are optional.简短介绍；发行计划、曲风和艺人链接可选填。
Relevant collaborators, samples, remixes and any permissions still outstanding.涉及的合作创作者、采样、改编，以及尚未完成的授权。

Listening links & files试听链接与文件

For initial review, use a private listening link rather than a large email attachment. Check that it is accessible to the review team. Further files and formats can be agreed separately.首次投稿建议使用私密试听链接，避免大附件，并确认审核团队能够访问。后续所需文件和格式可另行沟通。

Keep your own originals and backups. Send only the access code for the listening link when necessary; never send account passwords, identity documents, payment details or unrelated personal information.请自行保留原件和备份。如有需要，只提供试听链接的访问密码；不要发送账号密码、证件、支付资料或无关个人信息。

Rights & review权利与审听

Only send material you are authorized to share for review. Do not send uncleared samples, unauthorized remixes or material you do not own or control. Explain any unresolved permissions.仅发送你有权提供审听的材料。请勿提交未清权采样、未经授权的改编，或你不拥有或不控制的内容，并说明未完成的授权。

Submission is for internal assessment by the dedicated review team and related communication. Rights stay with the relevant rights holders. Submission does not grant an exclusive licence or permission for public or commercial use; any release requires a separate agreement.投稿仅供专门审核团队内部审听、评估及相关沟通。权利仍归相应权利人；投稿不授予独占许可或公开、商业使用授权，发行需另行达成协议。

Your email service and any listening or file-hosting service you choose handle information under their own rules. Check their access and sharing settings before sending a link.
